Favourable and fantastic location, 15 minutes' walk to Nakabashi Bridge. A 5-minute stroll from the train station. Decent size and compact room itself with microwave, comfy beds, the provided slippers. Japanese decor of the room.

We had a great stay in lovely town with helpful staff.

Truly enjoyed our standard double room with views to the mountains and heater, for instance. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the bathroom.

No complaints, the venue met the criteria, recommend it.

It has good and incredible location, not far from Morning Market, Higashiyama Walking Course, Sanmachi Suji & downtown area, the surrounding restaurants in Takayama and Very close to Takayama train station. Don't forget to explore Takayama City district. The service is good, includes complimentary parking. Furthermore, guests can use parking nearby❤

The location was very central, so close to train station and main sites, restaurants for dinner, and the bus station and city centre.

Great onsen experience and overall high-quality hotel. Conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to transportation hubs. The rooftop public bath is a real treat and offers stunning views. The hotel's modern design and cleanliness make for a comfortable stay. The printed instructions found throughout the hotel were helpful, especially for first-time visitors.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but still functional. Some language barriers with the staff, as they struggled with English at times.

The onsen seems pretty nice and the room were pretty decent in size. One of the better looking hotels compared to the rest in takayama.

The hotel does not provide a computer down the lobby nor have free wifi. So unless you have your own pc to connect in the room, you won't have any free wifi service or Internet on your iPhones or mobile devices.

When you book a 'standard double room' through Booked.net you are actually allocated a single room by the hotel. This has a 140cm bed - to get a proper double (as described on the hotel's own website) you need to pay an additional 3000 yen at check-in to upgrade.
